The Heritage Bakehouse is an artisan bakery in Oban using heritage organic flours and selling flavoursome real bread from their wholesale base to neighbouring retail stores. Tracey has had a love of bread and baking since childhood, worked as a professional chef and pastry chef then after another career, returned to her first love and opened her bakehouse.
Tracey also offers fun Introductory Courses on the skills and craft of baking your own bread – the perfect gift to yourself or to share with a friend. She also runs Advanced Bread Making and Gluten Free Breadmaking Courses, all at her Oban School of Sourdough & Artisan Bread.
With Gold & Bronze Awards from Scottish Bread Championship in past years & many more this year in 2024, Tracey has a delicious range of loaves on offer.
