This fabulous artisan sourdough bakery is owned and run by a gifted young couple, specialising in delicious loaves, mouth-watering pastries and cakes. Such delicacies as Pear and chocolate hazelnut Bostock, Cinnamon bun pudding with apple and chai soaked raisins, Triple chocolate brownies and delicious cinnamon and chocolate & coconut buns, all created in a dainty emporium on Burntisland’s High Street, part of a new wave of indy shops in this pint-sized ancient coastal town.
Their range of loaves & pastries have gained them many awards at the Scottish Bread Championship. The flavours are beautifully balanced & the skills on display superb. Well worth a visit.
Fair to say it is now a local landmark, with queues out the door at peak times as folk beat a path to their door, and the enticing aromas of freshly baked breads and rolls drift outwards along the street! Check Facebook pages for opening hours.
