This wonderful artisan sourdough emporium is the brainchild of Ameena who is herself a Real Bread Ambassador and highly gifted baker. Opening in October 2023 Ameena is now settled into the first year of her artisan bakery and cafe in the heart of Glasgow.

Her cakes and pastries are eye candy to those who appreciate the skills and flavours that go into her delicacies and she is fast gaining an enthusiastic customer base.

Whether you are popping in for your regular sourdough, pastries for those working from home, a treat with friends or savouring her wonderful coffees and sandwiches, you will receive a warm welcome and delicious food. She also takes orders for bespoke cakes such as this delight.

Prior to opening her shop, Ameena is well known on the food festival scene where her stall always had a queue. Her expertise has also been greatly appreciated when she has generously given of her time on several occasions, joining the team of judges for the Scottish Bread Championship and offering valuable feedback to entrants.
