The Pickled Peacock menu is an eclectic mix of street food and takeaways, sweet treats and savoury meals…plus wine pairing, naturally. The sisters collaborate closely with the winery and it’s absolutely buzzing so worth booking ahead if poss. It is quirky and appealing, with cool vibes and great food. A great place to meet up with friends twixt Dundee and Perth, easy to access from the dual carriageway and not far off the beaten track.
The fabulous colourful vibrant venue is beside the Cairn O’Mohr Winery. where you can buy foraged wines, berry liquors, ciders and fizz. There are wine tours and resident artist’s handiwork all around you – a place to dally awhile…and eat the delicious food the cafe has on offer: from cakes to light meals, lattés and wine tasting.
