At The Cook School Chris offers a range of excellent courses with accommodation on site, for group bookings or individuals, plus in their Grandtully Hotel in the nearby village.

Locally sourced produce is fundamental at Ballintaggart as their hens roam contentedly in the fruit orchard and vegetable gardens. As much as possible is sourced from artisan producers or homegrown. Everything is as fresh as can be, so booking is essential.
