Firebrick Bakery is the fabulous invention of Amanda & David who have made Lauder their home after stellar careers and multiple awards.

Amanda is an acclaimed pastry chef so what a pair they make. After spells at Roman Camp, Simply Heathcotes, The Jam House, Kyloe and more..it is only natural they should now create amazing breads, cakes, pastries and desserts at their bakehouse.

When Slow Food Scania members visited Scotland for a foodie tour (pictured), we popped into Firebrick, along with a tour of nearby Hardiesmill who have a farm shop for their beef and local produce including Firebrick’s breads and pizza (pictured).
