Eusebi’s is a wonderful place to eat and deli, recognised most recently as Scotsman Food & Drink Winner this autumn 2018. Established in 1954 by Giovanna’s family who wished to bring their passion for good food and a taste of Italian artisan produce to the heart of Glasgow and more recently to their current venue on Park Road. Giovanna is a Slow Food Chef Alliance Member and dedicated to using high quality small producers from contacts in both Italy and Scotland, then creating the most enticing menus with her own unique twist.
Her salads and seafood, specialty Pizza Romanas and fabulous range of mouth-watering pasta dishes are hard to beat. Fettuccine with Black Truffle, Pappardelle Slow Cooked Beef Ragu and Salt Cod Mousse with Pickled Courgette are inspired. The menus have a range of prices and portion sizes for grazing or banqueting. Private events can be booked.
Apart from the ground and lower level dining, buzzing and vibrant, there is also a spectacular deli counter stretching the length of the building where you can purchase pizza and charcouterie, gateaux and patisserie so feast you eyes and get along! This is food with a heart and soul.
